The place is amazing, huge, big, the gardens are endless, the walls of the palace are impressive. We rented a club car for an hour, it's not enough to see everything in the place, you also have to rent bicycles, boats to sail the river around the gardens, there are restaurants and cafes, a perfect place, a visit to the place is a must. Arriving from Paris by train to the final station of Boursay and a 5-minute walk to the palace. We were there for 5 hours, it is possible and necessary to spend a whole day there when you are planning Luz.
A beautiful, large and impressive place, an orderly entrance, the long line in the sun and in any weather. The map you get is not clear at all and you can easily miss parts with beautiful art. A very reasonable price for the value you get.
It is advisable to order tickets in advance.
Please note that if the ticket includes entrance to the small and large Theranon, the entrance will be through the gardens and a long walk.
We arrived 3 hours before and went first to the impressively beautiful gardens.
Don't give up on the "Club Car" - rental for 38 euros per hour and 9.5 euros for every additional fifteen minutes.
A license must be presented.
The advantage was that we drove and stopped where we wanted, including the realization of the entrance to the small and large Theranon.
The palace was fine but nothing more. From the outside it is more impressive.
After the Therianon we did not fall from the Ermum itself.
I recommend taking the recorded tutorial (you may also be able to hear it from the app). The device they bring has 2 holes for headphones so you can listen to two people (but you have to bring headphones). Of course, don't miss out on a visit to the beautiful gardens.
The gardens of Versailles are located in front of the palace and were designed to be seen from inside the palace. Since 1979 they have also been a UNESCO World Heritage Site and are considered one of the most beautiful gardens in Europe.
