Welcome to the medieval dinner of Prague, a royal banquet that invites you, dear knights and knights, kings and queens, nobles and nobles to join a magnificent and delightful feast.

The medieval feast in Prague offers a menu between 3 or 5 courses, for your choice, based on historical dishes and recipes passed down from generation to generation. Don't be afraid, it's not a tasteless boiled cabbage, but a luxurious and luxurious meal that includes meats, side dishes and lots of fun. Oh, and did we mention unlimited drinks? Yes yes, alcohol too. Because what's more fun than a meat meal at an Avirim restaurant alongside beer, wine or a refreshing soft drink.

And while you enjoy every bite and sip, the real magic begins, when the noise of forks and knives is replaced by ancient tunes and clapping that heralds the beginning of a show of knights. Along with the sounds of ancient music, the restaurant becomes a knight's club where belly dancers, jugglers and fencers present their extraordinary talents to the audience. 

This dinner is much more than a pleasant meal, and in fact, it is nothing less than a historical evening. The fascinating experience will take you on a journey between delightful traditional foods and age-old traditions such as fencing and stunts, and you can easily find yourself captivated by an exciting duel or watching a dance show that you can't take your eyes off of. Because what is actually more fun than good food and wonderful entertainment?

The meal menus:

The concept is divided into two types of meals - a 3-course meal that takes place at 16:45 p.m., and a 5-course meal that takes place at 19:45 p.m.

At each of the meals you can choose the menu that suits you - chicken menu, pork menu, fish menu, vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free menu.

5-course meal - options:

Pork menu: An appetizer of goose breast and smoked turkey breast, traditional Czech potato soup, Czech pancakes with spinach and garlic and a main course of 12-hour roast pork. For dessert you will get a homemade Czech cake.

Chicken menu: A starter of goose breast and smoked turkey breast, traditional Czech potato soup, Czech pancakes with spinach and garlic and a main course of a quarter duck leg and a roasted chicken leg. For dessert you will get a homemade Czech cake.

Fish menu: An appetizer of goose breast and smoked turkey breast, traditional Czech potato soup, Czech pancakes stuffed with spinach and garlic and a main course of oven-baked trout fish. For dessert you will get a homemade Czech cake.

Vegetarian menu: An appetizer of a Czech cheese platter, traditional Czech potato soup, Czech pancakes with spinach and garlic, a main course of grilled vegetable skewers and a homemade cake for dessert.

Vegan menu: A starter of fresh cut vegetables, traditional Czech potato soup, warm vegetable risotto, a main course of grilled vegetable skewers and a fruit salad for dessert. 

Gluten free menu: A starter of smoked goose breast and turkey breast, chicken soup with meat and vegetables, vegetable risotto and as a main course you can choose from all the different mains on the list. For dessert fruit salad.

The 3-course meal includes the same concept and options, only that each meal will come with soup, one main course and dessert.

kids meal Includes a 3-course chicken menu: chicken soup with meat and vegetables, grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes or chips and homemade cake for dessert. The meal is available for children aged 4 to 12.

important information:

The knights' dinner takes place in the restaurant Krčma U Pavouka, a restaurant-hall that was designed just for the experience. The historic restaurant is built of ancient stone walls, wooden panels and many elements that will make you feel in the medieval period.

Location: The charming restaurant is located in the heart of Prague's Old Town, on the historic Celetná street, which is a minute's walk from Prague's main square.

If you're already in the compact Old Town area of ​​Prague, then the restaurant is within walking distance, and if you're coming from Prague's main train station (Praha Hlavní Nádraží), expect a 15-minute walk. Those coming from further areas can take a metro line to the Náměstí Republiky station, which is about a 5-minute walk from the restaurant.

The meal comes with unlimited drinks - soft drinks, wine or beer.

The whole experience - the meal alongside the shows takes between two and four hours.

Prices:

Three-course meal: 52 euros for an adult, 37 euros for a child aged 4-12.

Five-course meal: 70 euros for an adult, 43 euros for a child aged 4-12.

The meal must be ordered in advance, and choose in advance between a pork, chicken, fish, vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free menu.

The 5 course menu contains a cold first course, soup, hot first course, main course and dessert

Please note that the seating is done at knight tables, so you will probably share the huge table with other participants.
