So get into the wagons, and let's go.

Before we start, let's talk about Vaduz

The city of Vaduz, located in the pastoral area between Austria and Switzerland, is the capital of Liechtenstein, one of the smallest countries in the world, but also its most magical. The micro-state covers an area of only 160 square kilometers, less than the area of the Tel Aviv district. The tiny state does offer a short visit, but it contains within it worlds of natural splendor, cultural wealth and history as fascinating as the landscapes themselves.

Imagine a place where alpine meadows kiss the sky, a place where modern art dances alongside medieval architecture, a world where tradition and innovation embrace in an inspiring combination. This is Vaduz, a small town in a small country, but one that offers an unforgettable charm. The city of Vaduz does not offer many attractions and is not as popular as its neighboring countries, but it is undoubtedly a place worth exploring.

And now, let's explore what awaits us on the unique train tour.

Here comes the train

The Vaduz city train tour is much more than a ride or a means of transportation, it is a journey of exploration, an experience and a fascinating lesson.

The old town of Vaduz

The journey begins in the city center of Vaduz, where you will park your car and set out to explore the historic old town of Vaduz, a place where the echoes of the past resonate alongside the vibrant present. As you drive through the narrow streets, you will be surrounded by age-old architecture that is expressed in colorful buildings, spectacular decorations and heritage sites that grace the capital of Liechtenstein.

A trip through the vineyards

After exploring the streets of the old city, the panoramic train will take you through the vineyards of Vaduz, on a green and intoxicating journey that adds to the country's unique charm. When you look through the train at the magnificent Boulevard of the Vines, you will be treated to breathtaking picturesque views.

The famous red house

And the tour doesn't stop there, because how can you visit the city of Vaduz without seeing one of the buildings that have become a symbol of the city? the red house

The Red House, "Das Rote Haus" in German, is one of the most iconic landmarks in Vaduz. It is a prominent building with a vivid red facade, which is completely contrary to the pastoral and gentle environment of the area.

Built in the early 19th century, it is a combination of a residential building and a medieval tower. The red facade, the tower and the incredibly steep roof together create a picturesque appearance that has become a symbol of Vaduz.

The ancient building is located on a hillside and overlooks the capital, offering incredible views of the city and the green Rhine Valley.

Explore the green landscape around Vaduz

After visiting the symbol of the city, you will continue to discover the amazing green landscape surrounding the city, where the vibrant colors and delicate contours of the tiny country will not leave you indifferent.

When modernity meets history

But the city of Vaduz does not only contain picturesque landscapes and historical sites, because in fact Liechtenstein is considered one of the modern and richest countries in the world. The capital of the small country is a place where modernization and history meet, a place where fancy banks stand next to agricultural farms. On your way back to the city center you will pass through those magnificent institutions, be impressed by them and also pay attention to the Rainpark stadium, a symbol of Liechtenstein's love for sports and a modern symbol in the historic city.

Vaduz as it is

What makes the city train tour of Vaduz so special is the authenticity of it - since it is not a guided tour that takes you to the icing on the cake of the city's sites, but shows you the city as it is - a combination of old and new, a balance between urban sophistication and pastoral beauty.
