In order to join the prayer ceremony on Shabbat, you must register in advance through the community's website. In addition, kosher Shabbat meals are held for a fee and with advance registration through the website.

The Jewish community of Lisbon is not a large community. During the week there is not always a quorum. Apparently something happened and a new rabbi, an old and experienced one came to lead the community. Who for many years was the leader of a huge community in South Africa. Rav and Dayan. From a short conversation I understood that he has plans to raise the community higher. in S.D. There is no escape from the security arrangements and those who wish to come to prayers must fill out an application form found on the community's website. The synagogue is very secure. It's fun to pray there. Accessible in terms of public transportation, close to a metro station.
