About the Miami Marlins team:

In the city of Miami, the Miami Marlins team, which plays in the top baseball league in the United States, the MLB league, stands proudly.

The team was founded in 1993 and played at Joe Robbie Stadium. In 2012, the team rebranded itself when it changed its name and moved to an innovative stadium known to us today as the Marlins Park Stadium. The team's rebranding is designed to strengthen the relationship between it and the people of Miami, because a strong fanbase means a strong team.

The Marlins are proud of a rich and colorful history, when they won the major league championship in 1997, just five years after their founding. In 2003, the team won another MLB title, when they had a line of young and talented players such as Dontrelle Willis, Miguel Cabrera and Josh Beckett. These wins made the team popular and loved, which until then was characterized by a limited fan base with home games empty of fans.

In recent years, the Marlins team has been working to strengthen its roster while focusing on cultivating young talents. The team contributed a lot to world baseball with players such as Giancarlo Stanton, winner of the National League MVP award in 2017, and José Fernández, a talented young baseball pitcher whose promising career was cut short by his tragic death in 2016.

Marlins Park (LoanDepot Park)

Marlins Park Stadium, home of the Miami Marlins team, also called LoanDepot Park Stadium, opened only in 2012, and is considered an innovative and advanced stadium. Boasting sleek, contemporary architecture, the stadium features bold colors and artistic touches that reflect the vibrant culture of the city of Miami.

The stadium has a seating capacity of about 37,000 spectators, and is considered one of the smaller stadiums of the MLB league. Its small size means that the gaming experience will be more intimate, and thanks to this also more attractive.

The stadium's retractable roof and state-of-the-art air conditioning system keep fans comfortable regardless of Miami's unpredictable weather, offering respite from the heat and rain that occurs during the local baseball season. When the outer glass wall folds down during some of the games, a spectacular view of the magical downtown Miami skyline is revealed.

With the modern amenities, the beautiful views, the wonderful food selection, the quality fan base and especially what happens on the field itself during the games, the loanDepot Park stadium provides an exceptional sporting experience.
