Background Story

"Asterix" is a French comic book series created in the middle of the last century. Since then, it has been translated into many languages including Hebrew and is still very popular today. The comic is based on a historical story to which mythology and fantasy are added along with a lot of humor. The story takes place in a small Gallic village that holds up as an enclave against the brutal Roman occupation. The village endures thanks to its two heroes - Asterix (the small, brave and wise) and Obelix (the strong and somewhat childish giant) who go on adventures together in order to protect the village from the Romans. The secret of their success lies in a miracle potion that grants superhuman powers, which the wise sorcerer of the village concocts.

In the park you can dive into the story of the two and wander through the village alleys, the Roman army camps, events from the mythological stories and from the journeys of Asterix and Obelix!

It is important to use the app to know the duration of the queues, although it is only in French

More challenging and fun facilities, much, much less queues than Disneyland. Much less commercialized. Feels more local. Less technological than Eurodisney.
