Day 4: New Jersey - Philadelphia - Washington DC

Morning: After a pampering breakfast you will leave the New Jersey area and make your way to the historic city of Philadelphia, where you will visit a variety of historical sites. The first site you will visit in the city of Philadelphia is the Liberty Bell, which is located in the center of the city and formerly rang in the bell tower of the Pennsylvania State House, now known as Independence Hall. The ringing of the bell was heard for the last time in 1846, and on it is imprinted the verse from the Bible "And you called a sparrow in the land, to all its inhabitants."

The bell is considered a symbol of the American Revolution, when it rang in 1776 to call the city's residents to come hear the call of the US Declaration of Independence. Since then, the bell has become an important and central site in the state of Philadelphia.

From there, you will also visit Constitution Square and the Hall of Congress, which are considered much more than landmarks, but chapters in the story of the American people. This morning sharpens the deep and glorious history of the American nation, all alongside in-depth and interesting tutorials from the Hebrew-speaking tour guide.

Afternoon: After you finish your journey in the city of Philadelphia, you will leave the bustling city for the tranquility of Amish country. The Amish community in Pennsylvania is a Protestant Christian community, which sanctifies the simple and authentic way of life, with a reluctance to embrace the modern conveniences of our world. The community began its journey at the end of the 19th century, in the city of Pennsylvania, and since then it dedicates its life to a simple life, avoiding the modern worlds of technology. This stems from a desire to keep the community cohesive and religious.

There, in the land of the Amish, you will go on a horse-drawn carriage tour, one that passes between green fields and barns, revealing to you the very authentic way of life of that community. This is one of the special moments of the tour.
