So history, music, food, sports and much more, all of these await us on a tour, or rather on a journey to a day in the life of the vibrant city of New York:

The Harlem neighborhood - a melting pot of culture and history:

Your magical tour begins in downtown Manhattan, where you will leave together by bus to the northern neighborhood of Harlem. Known for its importance in African-American history, Harlem is much more than a district. In the magical quarter you will be exposed to a symphony of stories and legends that made the quarter one of the most iconic and special in the city.

The district of Haarlem began as a tiny village that received its name in 1658 after the city of Haarlem in the Netherlands. Until the 19th century, the district was mostly rural, and its inhabitants lived a simple pastoral life. At the beginning of the 20th century, with the growth of New York City, Harlem developed and grew into a residential neighborhood for the growing middle class in the city.

In the 20s of the 20th century, the city of Harlem experienced a period of prosperity that was called the "Harlem Renaissance". This period brought with it a creative and intellectual revival among African Americans, during which the neighborhood became a center for art, literature and music. Figures such as Langston Hughes, Duke Ellington and Zora Neale Hurston contributed greatly to the Harlem Renaissance, leaving a cultural legacy that influenced the neighborhood and the entire world.

In recent years, the Harlem neighborhood has experienced significant socio-economic growth that has led to the integration of residents, businesses and new cultural attractions in the area. Harlem offers a variety of culinary experiences and nightlife, from traditional restaurants and jazz clubs to modern restaurants and luxury bars.

A sweet taste in Sugar Hill:

Your guided tour of Harlem begins at Sugar Hill, an area that boasts fascinating historic architecture alongside extraordinary stories about its African-American residents. The hill received the sweet nickname during the renaissance of the neighborhood, when the area was known for the 'sweet' and comfortable life offered to the affluent residents. When you walk the streets of Sugar Hill you will find yourself surrounded by a unique traditional atmosphere full of grace.

Morris-Jumel Mansion:

The next stop on your itinerary is the Morris-Jomel Mansion, which is actually the oldest house in Manhattan. The old mansion boasts a fascinating and rich historical story, and it was used, among other things, as George Washington's headquarters. The architecture of the building alongside the estate's carefully preserved artifacts offer a mesmerizing window into 18th century New York. Of course, the tour of the estate is accompanied by professional training from your tour guide.

Apollo Theater - the birth of legends:

Before you leave the magical Harlem neighborhood, you will arrive at the Apollo Theater, a performing arts center where many legendary musicians grew up. Along with the fascinating tutorials, you will experience the thrill of standing in the place where the giants of music grew up. There you will receive fascinating tutorials about the music scene of New York City, and you may even get to hear rehearsals behind the scenes for a special music show.

The Bronx - from the Yankees scene to the hip-hop world

After you've all crossed the Harlem River together, you'll find yourself in the vibrant Bronx, the northern borough of New York City known for the Yankees baseball team and the birthplace of the hip-hop world.

The lively district was named after Jonas Bronk, a Swedish captain who settled in the area in 1639. For many years the area was considered rural, and it, like the Harlem neighborhood, developed in the 19th and 20th centuries and became a center of industry and commerce.

In the middle of the 20th century the Bronx was in a state of urban decay, and the area was full of crime and poverty. In the 80s of the last century, the area underwent a transformation and today it is famous for its cultural diversity, the vibrant communities that fill its neighborhoods and its regenerating areas.

Yankee Stadium - the world baseball cathedral:

Your first stop in the Bronx is the iconic Yankee Stadium, home of the legendary Yankees baseball team.

At the stadium, you will go on a guided tour that will take you between the iconic spaces of the stadium and its lesser-known sites, such as Monument Park, a quiet corner of the stadium where the greatest Yankees legends are commemorated. Next to the monument park, you will also visit the team museum, where you will learn about its historical moments and the secret of its success - how it became the leading baseball team in the world that boasts a record number of 27 world championships.

A gastronomic adventure at the Arthur Avenue Market:

The tour of the stadium will surely make you thirsty for more, and also hungry, so immediately after it you will go out to eat your lunch. The carefully chosen place is the Arthur Avenue Market, known by the locals as 'Little Italy'. Inside the food market you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and bakeries where you can taste a bit of Italy, and especially enjoy fine and delicious food.

A melody of history and culture at the Universal Hip Hop Museum:

After lunch you will arrive at the Universal Hip Hop Museum, a beautiful and innovative museum that offers a journey through the world of Hip Hop. Along with fascinating tutorials from the instructor, you will be exposed to the rich history of the global hip-hop scene, and its effects on the entire world, alongside stories about legendary figures such as Run DMC, Biggie and Tupac.

The Grand Finale - watching a Yankees baseball game

There is no better way to end your day in the Big Apple than watching its sports icon, the Yankees, in a home baseball game in its magnificent stadium. So put on your Inkys hats, go up to the colorful stands and start practicing the chants and slogans that glorify the name of the 'Bronx Bombers', the Yankees.

The electrifying atmosphere in the stadium stands is the best way to feel American for a few hours, and it will end your magical day in the most fun and special way possible.
